Ray has helped the whole family (5 of us) discover our personalities, gifts, talents, strengths and weaknesses. Now I can happily say, after listening to a practical and wise man, my relationship with my son has improved greatly and in turn we have all benefited. Thanks so much for turning our lives around. Mr. Ray Lincoln has given me the key tools in leading a happy and successful life. I look at life differently now. I see not only myself, but the world in a positive light. I have gained my self confidence back. I believe I can accomplish anything I put my mind to, anything. I feel truly blessed to know Mr. Lincoln. He’s brilliant!

The Lincoln Ministries seminars that I have attended were educational and helpful in understanding myself and other people. As a retired teacher with 30 years experience in the classroom, I highly recommend these seminars. I only wish I could have participated in them early in my career.
Dr. Lincoln is a man of Christian integrity. He does an excellent and knowledgeable presentation of the material. His Biblical perspective is exceptional because of his theological knowledge. This made the information much more meaningful for me

What has been of most help to me are the tools that Pastor Ray has given me to look at the connections between my relationships and my personality. Those tools have been a great help in my own development as a Christian and a person, have helped me significantly improve my relationship with my wife, and become a better parent for my children. The tools and advice that he gives really do work!
Pastor Ray also has a way of relating to my wife and I that makes our coaching experience fantastic. He has the ability to encourage, challenge, support, and lend a shoulder to cry on that I have found hard to find. He is "gentle, but firm"; a loving, caring guide to personal improvement and Christianity.

I have attended two of Ray's seminars and had numerous conversations with him. With his leadership you will understand how you are made, how others are made, how to communicate and how to relate with others far more effectively. This highly intelligent, deeply moving, effective presenter will enrich your life beyond imagination! Individuals, couples, parents and grandparents will benefit beyond measure from Ray's thorough knowledge and expertise.

The first thing Ray did was our personality assessments. Then he explained how our personality affects everything we do. Whether it is how we deal with stress, each other, work, or our son, it all comes back to who we are. This set the stage for us to objectively examine how we were functioning and why it was causing us so much distress. Looking at our behavior from the aspect of personality was such a non-threatening way to discuss our issues. Our feelings were validated and we were able to see each other in a whole new light. Although my husband and I are alike in many ways, Ray was able to point out that it is our differences that we needed to be aware of and acknowledge.
I would be confident in stating that Ray Lincoln saved my marriage. He was able to guide us to a place of understanding that we were not able to achieve on our own. His non-judgmental and supportive style was vital in allowing us to trust in him and in each other. There will always be bumps in the road, however, Ray has taught us that that bumps are to be expected and they are normal. He has validated our strengths, actualized our goals and given us the tools we need to take care of ourselves. I would wholeheartedly recommend his expert guidance to anyone seeking life coaching.
Sincerely,

Ever since she was an infant, my daughter was a "high needs child." Although she was perfectly healthy, she was very intense. As she became older, that intensity was amplified; she could be an angel one minute and railing and throwing herself violently around the room. Strange things would spark explosive behavior. Knowing she's not a bad little girl, I knew something was wrong. I'd tried everything in the books, with a heavy emphasis on negative consequences and the results were worse behavior.
Dr. Lincoln honed in on exactly what was happening with our daughter and provided the unwritten "specification sheet" for who she is, how she reacts, and what motivates and affects her. His parenting approach is ultimately gentle with a rich and rewarding outcome. Our home has become much more peaceful and our relationship with her is beautiful. When there is an explosion of emotion, I am learning to respond to her in a way that will help ease the situation, figure out what the problem is and help her work through it, rather than react with my own anger. Dr Lincoln's guidance has been invaluable to us; we are truly enjoying the amazing gift we've been blessed with in our daughter. She is a happy and content little girl who knows she is valuable to us, and she is learning to respond in a positive way even when the answer is a "no" or "wait."
